Life Coaching

Coaching is a co-creative process. You’ll share with me your larger goals and together we’ll find ways to break them down and create actionable, specific ways to move towards them, whether it be around your career, family, relationships, spirituality, purpose, or other personal aspirations.

Meditation

A meditation practice helps you create a steadiness within, form a deeper connection to yourself, and helps you cultivate your spiritual development - whatever that means to you.It truly is a practice, and in our work we can align you with the most potent technique, so it becomes a helpful tool that you’ll lean into to connect and to experience some inner peace.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis allows us to go deeper into your self healing by looking at what limiting beliefs are holding you back from being the fullest expression of yourself. Through what feels like a guided relaxation into a receptive brainwave state - Theta - your highest intentions for yourself can be suggested and can take root at the deepest level of being for lasting change.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful tool that uses your own breath for a steady, rhythmic pattern of breathing that assists the body to let go of what is ready to be released. This is a very gentle, yet highly effective breathwork technique that heals and also reprograms the subconscious mind.

Sound

We can move energy through our systems through sound. Sound is healing and can unlock energy within us that gets locked and stagnant. Crystal bowls provide clear sound tones, promoting focused awareness and a relaxed mindset, naturally guiding you into a meditative state. 
Each different bowl plays a single note that corresponds to an energy center in your body (a chakra—there are seven).
