Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis allows us to go deeper into healing by looking at what limiting beliefs are holding you back from being the fullest expression of yourself. Through what feels like a guided relaxation into a receptive brainwave state - Theta - your highest intentions for yourself can be suggested and can take root at the deepest level of being for lasting change.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful tool for people and associations that require the use of one's own breath for a steady, rhythmic pattern of breathing that assists the body to let go of what is ready to be released. This is a very gentle, yet highly effective breathwork technique that heals and also reprograms the subconscious mind.

Sound

We can move energy through our systems through sound. Sound is healing and can unlock energy within us that gets locked and stagnant. Crystal bowls provide clear sound tones, promoting focused awareness and a relaxed mindset, naturally guiding you into a meditative state. 
Each different bowl plays a single note that corresponds to an energy center in your body (a chakra—there are seven).

Can I book a single session with Ryan in any one of her areas of expertise?

Ryan offers two packages for one-on-one clients that include a combination of some of the modalities. For more information on which package to choose from, please book a Discovery Call. Please note, A.U.R.A. Hypnosis is a one session offering.

What is the time commitment of Ryan's package offerings for one-on-one?

Work with Ryan short term in the 6-week Signature Package, or dive in deeper with the 4-month Alchemy Package. In both, Ryan will guide you through several modalities to integrate the learnings and support you in your life going forward. What happens at the end of either package?

Ryan offers a package at a discounted rate for those who have completed either program and want more support going forward. Most clients choose to continue in this way, as they’ve built a container and a deep rapport where they can lean into Ryan as a touchstone to assist them in continuing the momentum of their changes and move them further on their path.

Does Ryan have general hypnosis sessions available to try?
